Describe a city you have been to and would like to visit again

I want to talk about Istanbul, a city I visited in March 2023 with my cousin Aziza. We wandered around the Galata district, climbed the tower at dusk and ate simit on the pavement more often than I’d care to admit, which became a small ritual for the two of us.
